Point Redemption System (CS-PRS)

CS-PRS is a web-based application that facilitates redemption of casino player’s points for purchases of goods or services. It is a self-contained system that interfaces to existing casino player tracking systems for real-time point redemption. It’s ideal for Casinos who wish to provide goods and services in exchange for player’s points. Merchant partners can be located anywhere internet access is possible and can offer their goods and services to the casino’s players.

Players redeem their accumulated points by using their player’s card like a credit card at any participating merchant partner. At the time of the purchase, the sales clerk will swipe the player’s reward card at the Point Of Sale terminal and enter the price. At that point CRS will communicate with the casino’s Player Tracking System to retrieve the player’s points balance. If sufficient balance is available, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from the total balance and the POS terminal prints a receipt to complete the transaction.
